How do I get home or back to work?
Understanding that having your vehicle being serviced can be a difficult task, our aim is to make this as simple and least inconvenient as possible. When making your service booking with Wayne Phillis, you will be offered assistance with transport, this could be either by making use of one of our 12 loan vehicles or by utilising our chauffeured courtesy vehicle.
We currently have 4 runs per day to get you back home, to work or even the local shops, what’s more we can collect you again once your vehicle is ready for collection. Our morning runs leave at 8:30am, 9:30 am and in the afternoon at 2:00pm & 4:00pm. Some distance restrictions do apply.
Our dedicated Service team is available by phone or email, simply click here to make service booking, or call one of service advisors at either Christies Beach or Reynella if you have questions, need information or wish to book your car in for a service. You will have a response to your email within 2 business hours.
Can I wait for my vehicle to be serviced?
Should you decide to wait for your vehicle to be serviced, we have comfortable waiting lounges, where we provide televisions, coffee, tea and daily newspapers.
How much will my service cost?
Our services are all menu priced according to the service schedule for your model and required service, so before you hand over the keys, you’ll know the cost. If you’re unsure please ask your service advisor. Should we discover something unexpected, you’ll be contacted for your authorisation before we proceed. All our work is guaranteed for 12 Months / 20,000kms Australia wide!
Hours of Business
Our service departments are open Monday – Friday 7:45am – 5:30pm and Saturday’s 8:30am – 11:30am. Should you need to drop your vehicle in outside these hours we do provide an “early bird service”, where you can leave your car and keys securely until we arrive and collect them. Please see your Service Advisor for more details.
Express Service
Our express service is designed for those people who are on the go all the time and can’t go without their car for long. We aim to have you in and out within the hour dependent on the exact service required, so to save time consider a Wayne Phillis Express service – prior bookings are essential so please refer to your service advisor.
