Service Centre COVID-19 Policy

If you have COVID-19, COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in close contact with a person who has COVID-19 and your next Vehicle Service is not essential please contact our Service Centre by phone to reschedule your appointment to 5 Day’s from your first positive test or onset of symptoms.

If your next Vehicle Service is essential and cannot be changed, please adhere to the following directions.

  • Contact our Service Centre by phone to inform them [Christie’s Beach: 8384 8066 | Reynella: 8387 5777].
  • Wear a surgical mask while on while on our premises.
  • Don’t enter any indoor areas.
  • Upon vehicle drop off, contact our Service Centre by phone to inform them of your arrival and to complete a contactless service check in, lock your vehicle and place your car keys in the contactless service box located next to the Service Centre entrance.
  • Upon vehicle pick up, contact our Service Centre by phone to inform them of your arrival and to complete a contactless service check out, including payment over the phone and vehicle handover. After payment and handover, before entering your car, please wait for our service team to place your car keys in your car.
  • It is with regret that our customer lounge, while you wait servicing, courtesy drop off and pick up, is not available to people who have COVID-19, COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in close contact with a person who has COVID-19.

 

Sales Centre COVID-19 Policy

If you have COVID-19, COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in close contact with a person who has COVID-19, please adhere to the following directions.

  • Contact our Sales Centre by phone to inform them [Christies Beach: 8384 8066 | Reynella: 8387 8777].
  • Complete a Customer Needs Survey by phone with our Sales Team.
  • Complete and sign a Demonstration Vehicle Agreement Form, including a copy of your Drivers License, emailed to you from our Sales Team via Hello Sign, prior to your arrival at the Dealership.
  • Wear a surgical mask while on our premises.
  • Don’t enter any indoor areas.
  • Upon your arrival, contact our Sales Centre by phone to inform them of your arrival and if you have a vehicle to trade in and want it appraised, lock your vehicle and place your keys in the contactless sales box located next to the Sales Centre entrance.
  • Before entering the car you are test driving, please wait for our Sales Team to place the car keys in the car.
  • Upon your arrival back from the test drive, contact our Sales Centre by phone to inform them of your arrival and your intentions to purchase.
  • If you choose to purchase the vehicle, before leaving our Sales Centre, complete and sign the Sales Contract, emailed to you from our Sales Team via Hello Sign, pay a deposit and where applicable complete a finance application over the phone with our Business Manager.
  • Final payment and vehicle delivery will be deferred until the arrival of your vehicle, but at least 5 Day’s from your first positive test or onset of symptoms.
  • If you have a trade in vehicle and opt for it to be appraised, please wait for our Sales Team to place the car keys in your car before entering it.
  • It is with regret that our Customer Lounge, is not available to people who have COVID-19, COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in close contact with a person who has COVID-19.
